You help customers understand not just what our technology is, but how it can solve their problems./ppThis role sits at the intersection of science and business. You work closely with Sales, Product, and RD to shape solutions, guide customers through adoption, and bring their needs back into our product and research work./ph3What Youll Actually Do/h3ulliPartner with Sales and Business Development to design and present tailored technical solutions/liliLead technical workshops, proof of concepts, pilots, and demonstrations for customers/liliAct as technical expert in RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, contributing strong and clear proposals/liliEngage with enterprises, public sector organizations, and research institutions to identify use cases/liliTranslate customer needs into actionable feedback for Product and RD teams/liliBuild relationships with customer technical teams and act as a trusted advisor/liliSupport customers across the full sales cycle, from early discussions to deployment/liliContribute to research collaborations, especially with US-based institutions and national labs/liliRepresent IQM at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings across North America/li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliPhD in physics, computer science, engineering, or a related field, with strong focus on quantum computing/liliSolid understanding of quantum computing and hands-on experience with algorithms or applications/liliExperience in a customer-facing or applied role such as solutions engineering, consulting, or technical sales/liliAbility to explain complex topics clearly to both technical experts and business stakeholders/liliStrong problem-solving skills and structured way of working/liliComfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders/liliFluent English/liliExperience with HPC, AI, or cloud environments is a plus/liliExposure to quantum ML, simulation, or optimization is beneficial/liliExperience working with US government or national labs is highly valuable/li/ulh3Why IQM?/h3ullistrongFull-stack quantum computing:/strong From quantum hardware to software layers and beyond, we build across the full-stack./lilistrongHigh-performance playground:/strong We aim high, and we know sustainable performance only works when life outside work does toohybrid setups, flexible hours./lilistrongNever the smartest:/strong Expect to learn constantly.
