Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Community Hospital (Grand Junction).

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or related program. Registered radiologic technologist (RT) with cardiac catheterization experience accepted in lieu of RCIS.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Minimum of five years of recent cardiac catheterization laboratory experience preferred.

Unit Details: Assists with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, including preparing procedure rooms, patients, equipment, and supplies; operating fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment; maintaining sterile technique; documenting procedural information; and assisting with patient transport, positioning, and post-procedure care.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday through Friday. No call requirements. Variable hours based on procedural volume and department needs. Holidays as required.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification (R)
