Join a collaborative team: 6 OB/GYNs, 1 Certified Nurse Midwife, and 2 Nurse Practitioners Balanced patient load: Fewer than 20 patients per day Deliveries: 25–30 per month as a group OB/GYN mix: Options for 50/50 or up to 70% OB, based on your preference Schedule: 4-day work week Office hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM with last patient scheduled at 3:30 PM Call: 1:6, shared with two other private groups
Day call while working is literally across the street Hospital is a 5-minute walk
