Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Jersey Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred Strong clinical and assessment skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
LPN Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status Complete accurate and timely documentation Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Work closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff Support residents with daily care needs when needed Participate in care planning and family meetings Follow infection control and safety procedures Help train and support new nursing staff
