Job Description You'll work in a collaborative outpatient environment dedicated to individualized, patient-centered care. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you'll receive strong support in building your skills and advancing your career. Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations and re-evaluations, developing effective plans of care, and delivering evidence-based treatments to help patients return to their prior level of function. The role also requires maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation and billing records. A solid understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and function is essential, while experience with post-operative protocols and wound care is preferred. We actively encourage professional growth by offering financial support for specialty certifications and fellowship training. This is a great opportunity to work alongside highly skilled therapists in a dynamic, engaging environment, providing one-on-one patient care with 40–60 minute sessions. Compensation is competitive and negotiable based on experience, certifications, and specialties. Qualifications
Proven work or clinical experience as a physical therapist Intensive education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid license to practice physical therapy (willing to work with limited license until full licensure comes through) Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
