It is our goal to DELIVER excellent post-acute care rehabilitation experiences to every patient entrusted to our care. We need your help to complete our team and together we will DELIVER exceptional care and clinical outcomes. Assist with facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans Assist with coordination of care with entire care team Communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support and other care team members Must Haves
PTA -Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Texas Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long Term Care) or Veterans Home experience highly preferred Experience with EMR Truly cares for people and will go above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care Love flexibility that allows you to do your best work while enjoying great quality of life Has a passion for therapy and teaching
