Schedule Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Job Description The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ICU has 16 beds with patient ratios of 2:1, and may require 1:1 or 3:1 depending on patient acuity and staffing levels. You will provide attentive and compassionate care to critically ill patients and their families. ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients. Perform advanced nursing procedures including insertion of central lines, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in the self-scheduling process, managing shifts effectively. Adhere to the floating policy as needed to fulfill staffing requirements. Utilize Meditech for documentation and communication of patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureActive RN license. ACLS and BLS certification required. Previous ICU experience is mandatory. Why ARMStaffing?
