Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in High Risk Labor & Delivery. The role requires nursing professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and high-acuity environment and possess substantial expertise in maternal-fetal care. Candidates must have a solid background in providing care for high-risk pregnancies, assisting in deliveries, and caring for newborns post-delivery. ResponsibilitiesFunction as a Baby Nurse during delivery, ensuring continuous care of the newborn until transfer to postpartum. Circulate and provide newborn care including administration of Vitamin K injections and routine newborn assessments. Support high-risk deliveries and manage antepartum care. Utilize electronic fetal monitoring effectively using the EPIC system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care, including respiratory and social services. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high acuity Labor & Delivery setting, with preference given to candidates with 5 years or more. Current RN license with active compact status recognized in the region. Certifications required: BLS, NRP. Preferred: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate. Demonstrated proficiency in emergency response and high-risk obstetrics. Current supervisory references required. Must pass clinical review prior to contract start. Why ARMStaffing?
