Über
Monitor and manage patients following orthopedic surgeries or injuries. Utilize telemetry for remote patient monitoring with an off-unit station staffed by technicians. Work collaboratively within a team nursing model. Administer medications and IV therapies including Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, and Amiodarone. Participate in the care planning and implementation of nursing interventions.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year of experience in orthopedic or surgical nursing. BCLS certification required; ACLS and NIHSS preferred. WV or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted for submission. Telehealth and telemetry experience is necessary.
