Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour, DOE, plus full benefits.

Responsibilities
Assist salespeople in customer service activities: create estimates from quotations, source materials to fulfill job requirements, and respond to customer and vendor inquiries.
Ensure accurate invoicing of materials and timely accounts receivable (AR) invoicing to customers.
Act as an accounts receivable resource and assist in timely customer collections.
Perform store maintenance tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
Essential Functions
Input estimates into POS system.
Sourcing materials.
Customer service.
Order entry and invoicing.
Accounts receivable.
Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment This position can involve working outdoors or in environments with varying temperatures. May involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, electrical hazards, vibrations, airborne particles or toxic chemicals.
Physical Demands The position requires frequent sitting, use of hands, talking and listening. May include standing, walking, and use of arms. May include stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Local travel may be required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Invoicing and POS system experience.
Inventory system experience.
Human Resources, word processing, spreadsheet and internet software proficiency.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret diverse technical instructions and handle abstract and concrete variables.
