Job Overview Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! They deliver, sell, and merchandise FritoLay’s complete line of products—including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and grocery stores.
Responsibilities
Learns the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training.
Runs routes for team members, experiences different stores, and meets new customers.
Builds relationships, sells in displays, and completes national initiatives to grow sales on the route.
Maintains a route schedule with set days off.
Works in a fun, fast‑paced, and physical environment; may require working weekends and holidays.
Handles a full day on feet, loading and unloading orders, merchandising, and recording sales.
Qualifications
21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
Can frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
