Position Overview We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our coin laundry sales division within a designated territory. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, experience in commercial or coin-operated laundry equipment, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and market share within the assigned region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's presence in the coin laundry market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with laundromat owners, multi-housing property managers, and investors, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate new leads and strengthen business relationships.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activity, manage the pipeline, and report performance metrics to leadership.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the service, installation, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer support and equipment installations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coin laundry equipment, financing options, and operational best practices to educate clients and close deals effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial laundry equipment, capital equipment, or a related industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a regional or territory-based sales role.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage accounts effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience using CRM software for sales tracking and pipeline management.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
