Procurement of technical documents from ingredient and packaging vendors in support of product registration Maintain a detailed spreadsheet of document retrieval checking against requests dates to complete tasks in a timely manner Review technical documents for critical information and address any deficiencies with vendors Additional duties given by the R&D Manager Additional duties to assist the VP Regulatory and Quality with uploading documentation into regulatory databases to meet project timelines
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have an Associates or a Bachelors in a scientific discipline; OR 3 to 5 years of experience within a scientific or academic environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills Detailed follow-up on outstanding items to achieve workload targets The ability to remain flexible and adjust to multiple priorities Strong follow-up and persuasion skills needed to achieve deliverables Proficiency in MS Office suite
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
