Provide routine daily nursing care and support to assigned residents Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report any changes to licensed nursing staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided Promote a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents, families, and coworkers Assist in maintaining residents' comfort, dignity, and independence What We Offer
