The Role We are looking for a Business Analyst who is more than a traditional requirements analyst. In this role, you will help guide clients and stakeholders through a structured digital delivery process focused on website modernization and platform migrations. Success in this position is not only about gathering requirements — it is about creating confidence, clarity, organization, and momentum across projects.
You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, UX teams, developers, content teams, and platform governance groups to help move projects from discovery through delivery, training, and adoption.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, an excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to groups, and able to adapt across multiple responsibilities throughout a project lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Facilitate stakeholder conversations and working sessions Capture and organize business and functional requirements Translate discussions into clear documentation, action items, and delivery plans Help clients understand and navigate structured delivery and governance processes Support website migration and digital transformation initiatives Coordinate across business, content, UX, accessibility, and technical teams Help facilitate training sessions and client onboarding activities Analyze project data, status, and progress to support decision-making Present updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders Maintain organized project documentation in tools like Jira and Confluence Support testing, validation, and launch readiness activities
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to create structure and clarity in complex projects Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to clients Strong organizational and documentation skills Comfortable working across both business and technical teams Experience with Agile project environments Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple workstreams Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar tools
Preferred Experience
3+ years in Business Analysis, Digital Delivery, Project Coordination, or similar roles Experience with website projects, CMS platforms, or digital transformation initiatives Public sector or government project experience is a strong plus Familiarity with platforms such as Contentful, HCL DX, or Liferay is helpful Understanding of accessibility, UX, content management, or digital governance concepts is a plus
