Über
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Hampshire state physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. Demonstrated competency in evaluation, goal writing, treatment planning, and documentation consistent with payer and regulatory requirements. Ability to supervise and delegate to discipline-specific therapy staff and participate in student training as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with safe patient handling and outpatient modalities and functional rehabilitation. Prior experience working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic and familiarity with electronic medical records.

Complete comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans with measurable goals, and document clearly and timely. Maintain professional licensure and adhere to state practice acts and organizational codes of conduct. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
