Traveling Physical Therapist Assignment In Glen, NH Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist assignment in Glen, NH working in an outpatient clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document care, and coordinate discipline-specific therapy services to facilitate patients' return to community activities. You will educate patients, families and students, pursue professional development, and follow clinic safety and compliance standards. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Hampshire state physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. Demonstrated competency in evaluation, goal writing, treatment planning, and documentation consistent with payer and regulatory requirements. Ability to supervise and delegate to discipline-specific therapy staff and participate in student training as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with safe patient handling and outpatient modalities and functional rehabilitation. Prior experience working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic and familiarity with electronic medical records.
