Über
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA) or equivalent. Active Arizona SLP state license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience assessing and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and dysphagia in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred. Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel SLP experience preferred. Experience with documentation systems used in skilled nursing settings preferred.
