Full-time, on-site Monday–Friday Occasional evenings or Saturdays based on training and staffing needs
Key Responsibilities
Lead staff trainings, onboarding, and Safety-Care sessions Provide hands-on coaching, shadowing, and clinical modeling for BTs Support treatment fidelity, staff competency, and ABA best practices Provide session coverage and real-time performance feedback as needed Track training attendance and documentation in CentralReach Travel throughout the region to support home and community-based services
Qualifications & Requirements
Active RBT certification in good standing required Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field preferred 3–4 years of ABA experience preferred Strong coaching, communication, and mentorship skills Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record required Availability for occasional afternoons/evenings
