Job Duties Physician duly licensed to practice medicine in Minnesota whose principal duties are to provide professional medical services, medical director administrative services, and staff supervision services in the surgery department as indicated. Provide medical directions for the department’s surgical activities and consultation for and medical supervision of the department’s healthcare staff. Develop guidelines to be used regarding the provision of surgical services at the surgery department and the techniques employed. Monitor and implementation of safety precautions related to surgical services. Minimum Education Required Minimum Qualifications: Current Minnesota Board Certified license Valid NPI number Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification Degree in Medicine and completed U.S. Medical Licensing Examination 2 years of experience practicing as a General Surgeon Minimum Experience Required Preferred Qualifications: Board certified in Surgery Shift First (Day) Number of Openings 1 Public Transportation Accessible Yes Veterans Encouraged to Apply Yes Physical Required No Drug Test Required No Compensation $350,000.00 - $450,000.00 / Annually Postal Code 56649 Place of Work On-site Requisition ID 2026-029 Job Benefits Benefit Summary: Medical, Dental & Vision coverage options with applicable HSA & FSA.
