Only US Citizens or Green Card Holders Required Qualificat ions 3+ years of UX, Product Design, or related experience with a portfolio of shipped digital products. Strong design judgment with the ability to evaluate interfaces and provide clear, strategic design direction. Experience working with AI tools and AI-assisted design/development workflows Expertise designing complex workflows, multi-step processes, or data-heavy interfaces Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and web UI fundamentals Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience Preferred Qualifica tions Experience designing conversational interfaces, AI agents, or prompt-driven experiences Familiarity with AI-assisted development and UI generation platforms Experience within legal, financial, or professional services environments Background contributing to or building scalable design systems
