To support the Underwriting operations workforce, the full-time Senior Learning Design Consultant will design and develop curricula and learning programs, foster stakeholder relationships, and manage departmental learning projects in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities
Foster collaborative partnerships with Underwriting operations teams and consult on performance gaps to identify learning solutions Design instructional content and large-scale programs using various methodologies, ensuring effective learning delivery and assessment Manage complex projects, coordinate resources, and monitor risks while influencing project scope and timelines
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, organizational development, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, development, and evaluation Experience with Articulate, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI Voiceover Proven ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders effectively Flexibility to work swiftly in a fast-paced environment
