Greet and prepare patients for the health care provider. Perform general patient care by following established standards and procedures. Obtain and record vital signs including but not limited to, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, height, weight, drug allergies, and current medications and presenting problem. May be required to draw and collect blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis. Administer ordered medications and/or vaccines via oral, injection, topically, rectal, ophthalmic, and/or inhalant administration. May perform routine tests including but not limited to EKG's.
Non Certified MA: $19.25 - 26.78 (encouraged to apply) Certified MA: $22.51-31.79 Required:
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, or Certified Medical Assistant AAMA, or Certified Medical Assistant NHA, or National Certified Medical Assistant NCCT, or National Registered/Certified Medical Assistant NAHP, or Registered Medical Assistant AMT, or Registered Medical Assistant, or Cert Med Asst - MMCI, AHA Basic Life Support - CPR, within 90 days of hire

High School Graduate General Studies High School GED General Studies Medical Assistant experience
