Supporting the growth of existing client accounts, the full-time remote Sales Support Account Manager will manage client relationships, conduct product research, and coordinate project timelines while working across sales offices in the U.S. Key responsibilities
Achieve clients' marketing objectives through branded merchandise solutions Perform product research and sourcing, creating presentations for Account Executives and clients Manage project timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical complexities for various clients
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in a project management role 5+ years of sales support experience in the promotional product industry Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint Proficient in ERP systems, such as NetSuite Ability to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracy
