Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4-day workweek) Compensation: $800/day minimum (DOE) + 30% of adjusted production Privately owned, family-oriented dental office Strong clinical and front office support team Established patient base with consistent flow Modern, fully digital practice with advanced technology
Requirements
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program Active dental license in the state of practice (or ability to obtain) Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to high-quality patient care and ethical dentistry Ability to work independently and as part of a team
