Administer therapeutic interventions including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive devices. Assess patient progress and communicate treatment adjustments to supervising Physical Therapist. Document all clinical interactions, treatments, and patient progress accurately in electronic records. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, progress, and home-care instructions. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and modify individualized care plans. Support and supervise students under the guidance of the Physical Therapist. Qualifications:
Hold an active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Possess a minimum of 1 year of PTA experience, with LTC or Rehab experience preferred. Demonstrate proficiency with clinical documentation and skills checklists within the past year. Be capable of working effectively under supervision and in team settings. Maintain adherence to APTA standards, scope of practice, and ethical guidelines. New graduates considered if they have Level II experience and meet licensure requirements. Benefits & Growth:
