What you'll do
Provide skilled nursing care in the patients home Monitor patient condition and adjust care plans as needed Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Educate patients and families on care plans and health management Document patient care activities accurately and timely
What you'll need
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire Current BLS certification Negative TB test Health Certification
Preferred
1+ year of RN experience Homecare experience Experience with trachs and vents
