Engage in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to ensure a unified approach to patient care. Provide educational support to patients and their families to foster progress beyond clinical engagements. Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure seamless continuity of care. Keep meticulous and timely documentation, adhering to local, state, and national guidelines. Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility and cultural competence in adapting therapy methods to suit various cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Adept clinical judgment and problem-solving skills to navigate treatment challenges. Comfort working with electronic health records and documentation protocols. Incentives
