To support the effective implementation and maintenance of Microsoft 365 applications, the full-time Applications Support Analyst will optimize usage, resolve support issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance overall efficiency, working remotely. Key responsibilities
Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 applications while ensuring seamless upgrades Gather and analyze business requirements to develop and recommend application workflow improvements Create and maintain training documentation and lead training sessions for users
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or a related field One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interface preferred IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire and within three attempts of testing
