What you'll accomplish with us As an IT Business Analyst, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment across all parties. Analyze data sets and reports to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for business improvement. Lead structured requirements gathering efforts using interviews, workshops, and analysis techniques to clearly define business needs and objectives. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and clarity. Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical standards. Demonstrate a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional development. What could accelerate your success in this role We're looking for someone who: · Is known for their proven experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments. · Stands out for their working knowledge of data analysis concepts and tools · Demonstrates strong ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross functional environment · Is recognized for their excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels · Has 5 years of experience in business analysis, IT delivery or related fields.
