Deliver individualized speech therapy targeting language, fluency, voice, and swallowing intricacies. Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers including physical and occupational therapists, as well as families, to create integrated care plans. Empower patients and families with education that enhances therapy outcomes beyond the clinic. Participate in inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions as needed, ensuring comprehensive continuity of care. Education
A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those not yet certified by ASHA. Certifications
Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within one month of hire. Skills
