We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented healthcare professional to join our team and provide high-quality patient care in a supportive clinical environment. In this role, you will collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other care team members to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plans and clinical guidelines. Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition. Administer medications and treatments as assigned and permitted by scope of practice. Assist with routine clinical procedures and support patient assessments. Document care accurately and maintain timely, complete patient records. Communicate patient concerns and observations to the appropriate healthcare team members. Support patients and families with education, guidance, and reassurance. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment while following infection control and safety protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to help ensure continuity of care. Respond appropriately to changes in patient status and escalate concerns as needed.
Qualifications
Current and active practical nursing license in the applicable state or jurisdiction. Completion of an approved practical nursing program. Clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong knowledge of patient care practices, safety procedures, and infection control standards. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and care teams. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and responsive in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records preferred.
