Physical Therapist Owosso, MI Specialty: Inpatient Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2230 - $2687 | Shift: 5x8 days Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients across various age groups? Do you thrive in diverse healthcare settings, from outpatient to acute care? Join our team and bring your expertise to a role that values patient and family-centered care. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating functional deficits due to illness, injury, or congenital conditions. You will have the opportunity to work independently or collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment programs. Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing patients to determine needs, strengths, and rehabilitation potential Planning individualized treatment programs based on assessments and clinical judgment Documenting all necessary information in patient medical records Delegating tasks to PTAs and support staff while supervising treatment Coordinating services and treatment plans with patients, families, and other disciplines Serving as a mentor or Clinical Instructor for PT and PTA students Providing education on disease, treatment plans, and preventive care Ensuring a safe environment and effective use of equipment and technology Supporting the facility's mission, vision, and values To be successful in this role, you should have: 1+ years of Physical Therapy experience Experience in acute care settings Active American Heart Association BLS certification Active Michigan PT License Ability to work with patients with diverse conditions, including joint replacements, stroke, cardiac issues, and more Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
