Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Completion of clinical rotations concentrated in surgical settings is highly preferred. Certification Requirements
Current and unrestricted PA-C certification BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory State certification (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant Skills
Proficient knowledge of surgical practices and sterility protocols. Demonstrated ability to interpret diagnostic data and engage in complex decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities. Ability to excel in high-pressure situations, especially during surgical procedures.
