Executing comprehensive patient evaluations, arranging necessary diagnostic procedures, and crafting tailored care strategies Diagnosing and treating acute, chronic, or episodic medical conditions in collaboration with physicians or independently based on your qualifications Providing education to patients and their families centered around prevention, healthy living, and chronic disease management Administering prescriptions and therapies consistent with your practice scope Engaging in patient follow-up and overseeing chronic care Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient support Accurately documenting patient interactions in electronic medical record systems Qualifications Needed
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program Required Credentials
Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Texas National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a relevant specialization Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certificates (or the capacity to obtain within 90 days) What Sets You Apart
