Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state scope of practice Administer and oversee medications and treatments Monitor resident health status and respond to changes in condition Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and care partners Supervise and support caregivers, CNAs, and Med Techs as assigned Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record Support care planning, service plans, and regulatory compliance Follow infection control, safety, and clinical policies What We're Looking ForActive LPN license in good standing Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills Ability to lead with professionalism and integrity Ability to lift up to 50 lbs BenefitsDouble time pay on major holidays Free employee meals Up to $1,000 employee referral bonus (no limit) Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, disability, and EAP
