Assist with day-to-day pharmacy operations and administrative support activities under appropriate supervision. Support data collection, research, and analysis related to pharmacy workflows, medication use processes, or operational initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support pharmacy projects and communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with pharmacy staff and cross-functional teams to support departmental goals and improvement efforts. Participate in process improvement initiatives by contributing ideas and supporting implementation activities. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient and organizational information in accordance with pharmacy, privacy, and ethical standards. Licenses and Certifications Required:

Experience in the healthcare industry is helpful but not required Experience in analyzing complex issues and providing recommendations Skilled computer use (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Special Skills or Training Requirements:

Physical Requirements: The Pharmacy Intern typically works in a pharmacy or office setting with prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and computer use. Adequate vision, hearing, manual dexterity, and communication ability are required to safely support pharmacy operations and interact with staff. Environmental Requirements: This position works primarily in inpatient or outpatient pharmacy and administrative healthcare environments. The intern may be exposed to medication storage areas, automated dispensing equipment, and a fast-paced clinical setting. Adherence to safety protocols, infection prevention practices, and confidentiality requirements is required, with minimal exposure to physical hazards.
