Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3000 $500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUSOpportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work Monday through Friday with no weekend or holiday shifts required • Regular shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM • Late shift: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day department is open (if no patients after 3:30 PM, staff clock out) • "Call" shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM each day department is open (if no patients after 3:30 PM, staff clock out and go home with no beeper obligation) • One call shift every other Monday with one hour response time (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM) • Schedule determined by supervisor with four staff members covering Monday-Friday shifts based on patient volume • Primary role as circulator RN in the operating room • Scrubbing not required but may be utilized if candidate has experience • Occasional float to pre/post op if candidate has experience and is willing • Orientation with circulator provided during the first week • Must clock in and out at facility • Black scrubs provided by hospital • Work with 4 OR suites plus endoscopy handling 5-40 cases per day • Common cases include General, Robot, Gyn, Ortho, Podiatry, Urology, Ophthalmology, and Hand procedures • Cerner EMR system • Must be a team player, organized, and self-motivated • Previous travel experience required • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • Local rate applies to candidates living within 80 miles of facility Facility: This medical center features a comprehensive surgical department with 4 OR suites plus endoscopy capabilities, handling an average of 5-40 cases daily including general, robotic, gynecological, orthopedic, podiatry, urology, ophthalmology, and hand procedures. The facility maintains a supportive environment with 5 OR techs on staff and provides orientation for new team members. The organization operates with modern technology including Cerner EMR system and focuses on maintaining work-life balance with no weekend or holiday coverage requirements.
