Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2628 $500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUSOpportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Every other weekend requirement • Every other holiday requirement • Block scheduling available when possible • 20-bed unit with MS/ICU/IMC combined department • Nurse-to-patient ratios: MS 1:5 days/1:6 nights, IMC 1:4, ICU 1:2, Pediatrics 1:3-4 • ICU experience with pediatric experience preferred • Required to titrate drips including heparin, insulin, amiodarone, cardizem, PCA fentanyl, propofol, and norepinephrine • Must be able to read rhythm strips and report to providers • Charge nurses take patient assignments • Floating requirements include in-house to ED, UC, PACU and interfacility to Park Falls and Weston • Call requirements: may be placed on call rotation during low census (rare cancellations) • Navy scrubs required for RNs • 1-3 days orientation (1 day computer-based training and hospital orientation, 1-2 days on-shift) • Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA) • Must clock in and out at facility • Cerner charting system • Care for elderly population with cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, GI, GU, orthopedic conditions, sepsis cases, and stable pediatric patients Facility: This acute care medical center operates as a Level 4 trauma facility providing comprehensive healthcare services to the surrounding community. The facility features a combined MS/ICU/IMC department with 24/7 respiratory therapy support and modern equipment including CPAP, BIPAP, Vapotherm, and ventilator capabilities.
