Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients spanning pediatric to geriatric age groups through standardized assessments and observation. Create individual treatment plans that cater to both immediate objectives and long-term communication and cognitive requirements. Deliver targeted speech therapy sessions emphasizing language, fluency, voice, and swallowing improvement. Work in tandem with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and families to develop integrated care strategies. Educate patients and their families to encourage progress beyond therapy sessions. Assist in inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care throughout the recovery journey. Maintain precise and timely patient records in accordance with state, federal, and organizational requirements. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completed a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet achieved. Certifications
State license as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly desired. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of employment. Skills
