Walnut Creek Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Walnut Creek CASubacute Unit, minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNACNA $28 - $32 DOEFull time PM and NOC Shift Walnut Creek Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, a Generations Healthcare facility, has opportunities for CNAs, Certified Nursing Assistants. Our, 180 bed, skilled nursing facility specializes in short term rehab & long term care and has a Subacute unit as well. CA, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 2 years of experience required Ability to understandably communicate in English.
