Schedule: - Shift: Evenings, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM (3 16s)
Assignment Details: - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirements: - 3+ years current experience (must be within the last 6 months) - Must be willing to float where experienced - IV certified (must be willing to obtain during onboarding if not certified) - COVID vaccination required (declinations/exemptions not accepted) - Licensure must be active at time of submission
Roles & Responsibilities: - Observe each resident on a continuing basis, alert to changes in mental and physical well-being; notify the Supervisor of pertinent observations. - Accurately receive, transcribe, and carry out physician's orders; administer medications and treatments as ordered and document accordingly. - Supervise nursing assistants in accordance with licensing requirements and assist with nursing care as necessary. - Accompany physician on rounds and address residents' medical needs. - Monitor documentation of nursing assistants and manage infection control practices. - Complete documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers as necessary.
Compliance / Notes: - All RTO must be on initial presentation for approval and cannot exceed 5 days (Holidays not approved). - Locals residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be accepted. - Submission requires 2 supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment.
