Medical Assistant Olympia, WA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday Foot & Ankle Surgical Associates – Olympia, A division of US Foot & Ankle Specialists, is seeking a reliable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our outpatient podiatry clinic in Olympia. This role focuses on hands-on patient care and assisting with in-office procedures in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Medical Assistant Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Room patients, take vital signs, and update medical history Assist providers with procedures, wound care, and post-op care Perform digital X-rays and assist with podiatry treatment Apply dressings and durable medical equipment (DME) Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and sterilize instruments Provide patient support and answer questions
Medical Assistant Required Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required Completion of a Medical Assistant program OR 1+ year of clinical experience CMA or RMA certification preferred Experience with medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred) Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment Detail-oriented, professional, and patient-focused Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Medical Assistant Pay Range:
Starting at $21 - $24/hr based on experience
