Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Texarkana, AR, for a Sales Support Specialist. The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team by managing sales operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supporting sales processes, resolving customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth business operations. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build lasting relationships and address client needs effectively Proficiency in Sales Operations and the ability to manage and support sales processes efficiently Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills to ensure clear, professional interactions and problem-solving capabilities Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred
