Responsibilities
Collaborate with SLSs, AMs, Sr. AMs, underwriters, premium specialists, and external partners to ensure the efficient flow of information.
Coordinate prospect activity, reporting, system updates, questionnaires, sending proposals, broker updates, and confirming plan documents, including Health Navigator cases.
Support AMs/Sr. AMs to promote proactive account management and strong relationships.
Communicate regularly with internal and external partners to meet or exceed client expectations.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, complete tasks within standard turnaround time, and communicate delays promptly.
Participate in the development of SC team processes, propose improvements, and use continuous improvement tools.
Build and update current processes for team tasks.
Mentor new hires within the role.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of client/customer support experience, preferably in an account services capacity.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong relationship‑building ability.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, follow‑through, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, transaction‑oriented environment.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in support of the team during peak periods.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team.
Knowledge of the insurance industry, distribution, and customer service preferred.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Experience using different tools simultaneously.

Salary Range: $55,700 - $75,200
