Daily Responsibilities
Sell the fun and work with the park team to deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups.
Represent Urban Air with high energy and enthusiasm when describing park attractions and packages.
Build and maintain relationships with local organizations to drive brand awareness and event business.
Attend community and chamber events to promote Urban Air.
Collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed financial results.
Ensure safety, maintain a secure and sanitary environment.
Complete other duties as assigned, looking for opportunities, sharing ideas, and supporting teammates.
Working Environment
Classically family entertainment setting with great food and attractions.
Business casual dress code.
Requires work on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or evening shifts during the week.
