Overview The Junior Sales Executive supports PakLab’s sales growth initiatives by assisting in new business development, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales process from lead generation through customer onboarding. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with 2–3 years of experience who is eager to grow within the contract manufacturing and packaging industry. The Junior Sales Executive works closely with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service and contribute to revenue growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support company sales goals. Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct outreach activities including cold calls, emails, networking, and follow-up communications. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, quotes, and customer communications. Coordinate with Operations, R&D, Quality, and Customer Service teams to support customer needs and project timelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM systems. Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed. Research market trends, competitor activity, and potential target accounts. Support customer onboarding and maintain consistent communication throughout project development. Assist in negotiating pricing and agreements under the guidance of senior sales leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and sales processes. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Basic understanding of sales techniques, prospecting, and customer relationship management. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to develop professionally in a sales environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (AI Apollo or equivalent preferred). Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of contract manufacturing, packaging, cosmetics, CPG, or pharmaceutical industries preferred. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 2–3 years of sales, business development, customer service, or account coordination experience required. Prior experience in B2B sales or manufacturing environments preferred. Experience with lead generation, customer communication, and sales support activities preferred. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain professionalism with clients and internal teams. Physical Demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and business development activities. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally. Working Conditions Work performed in both office and client-facing environments. Occasional travel may be required (up to 25%). Flexibility to work additional hours as business needs require.
