Responsibilities:
Oversee financial reporting, month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and compliance with GAAP standardsLead, mentor, and support a team of accounting professionals while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environmentManage budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-makingCoordinate audit activities, strengthen internal controls, and assist with accounting systems and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA is a MUSTPrior accounting leadership or management experience with strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExperience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and process improvement initiativesStrong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
