Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensure ingredients and final products are freshFollow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredientsBake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foodsPresent, garnish and arrange final dishesOccasionally serve foodMaintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishesHandle and store ingredients and foodMaintain food safety and sanitation standardsClean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensilsExecute opening and closing proceduresSet up workstations with required ingredients and equipmentCheck the quality and freshness of ingredientsMonitor station inventory levelsAccommodate guests' special requestsOperate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers
Qualifications:
Prior experience working as a cook a plus
