What You'll Do:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you'll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect, specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of residents requiring specialized dementia and memory care.
Administering medications accurately, maintaining precise records, and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi).
Working closely with licensed nursing staff to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols, using specialized techniques to engage residents in memory support. Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team.
Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members, serving as a source of stability and familiarity for residents.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:
An active state-required Caregiver certification. A heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare.
A positive, team-oriented mindset.
The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
