Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site coverage for practices, games and athletic events as assigned Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic sports-related injuries Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation programs Apply appropriate taping, bracing, and protective equipment to prevent injury Coordinate emergency care and facilitate referrals to physicians or specialists Maintain detailed and accurate injury and treatment records Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, coaches, and medical staff regarding injury status and care plans Educate athletes, coaches, and community members on injury prevention, conditioning, and wellness Adhere to HIPAA regulations, professional codes of conduct and KOC policies Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field Current Board of Certification (BOC) Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Athletic Trainer in Tennessee Current CPR/AED certification Schedule flexibility - available some evenings and Saturdays Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service Why Join KOC:
